How explicit will the answers be?

Whether you use our problem-solving or the online tutoring service, we want you to know that your tutor will give you clear and detailed solutions to all your questions, including step-by-step explanations and formulas that will show you how to arrive to the results. The idea and our maximum goal is to ensure not only that you receive the direct benefit of resolving the problems you may have, but also that you learn during the process.

Will I be able to interact with the tutor when using the problem-solving service?

Yes. Once tutors have sent you back the results and the steps necessary to resolve the problem, they can be contacted trough our internal messaging system if you have any queries concerning the task. You are welcome to use this follow-up as long as you request it at least 36 hours before the due date of your case, so that tutors can prepare and send their revisions and comments within the specified time limit.

Who will be my tutor? Do I choose him/her?

When a new case is opened, the client indicates the appropriate degree and subject area on a drop-down menu. The system will then select the best available tutor and automatically assign him/her to the case.

Will the tutor know who I am and where I study?

The tutor has no way of finding out your identity (unless you yourself choose to reveal it). All communication comes through our system, so you and your tutor can communicate with each other without either of you seeing the other’s address. The service is completely confidential.
