How does AcingCollege control the quality of its tutors’ work?

All of our tutors have been educated at the best universities in the country and are leaders in their fields. In addition, we ask our clients to complete a short questionnaire at the end of each case. The data from these questionnaires is used to monitor the quality of tutors’ work and to take appropriate action in the (extremely rare) case that a tutor’s work is below the high standards we demand.

When I receive a cost estimate, do I have to pay?

No. Cost estimates are not bills or invoices. The client is free to choose whether to use our services or not.

How long does the process take?

Cost estimates are usually sent within 3 hours of opening a case.

Once you pay for the service, the tutor’s solution to your case is sent as quickly as possible so that you have time to study and make any queries.

How do I send questions or queries to the tutor?

When you open a new case, there is ample space for you to explain in detail the help you need. You can also post your questions by scanning and uploading documents to your case or you can fax us the questions. Please, do not include any personal information on the fax, just print the case number on the top of each page. You can also communicate with your tutor at any time through our internal interface.
