1. You register to get a login and password that
will give you access to our system. The only information we request
when you register is your email address.
2. You then create a “case” in our system by sending
us the questions, problems or topics with which you need help.
You can post your questions by uploading any scanned document
to your case or you can send us the questions by fax (please write
the case number on the top of all pages).
3. You will receive a cost estimate from a tutor
proficient in the area in which you need help.
4. You decide whether or not to use the service.
5. You can then pay for the service by credit card or
PayPal.
6. You will receive timely help in resolving
your problem or get the online tutoring you need.
AcingCollege has designed two different services to ensure your
needs are satisfied: problem solving and online tutoring.
Problem solving is used to help the client overcome any difficulty
faced in completing assignments, exercises, tasks or projects.
Once the client has paid for the service, the tutor will send
an email with a step-by-step explanation of how to solve the problem.
Online tutoring provides direct, real-time guidance and is usually
chosen when the client needs extensive help with a particular
topic, which may require ongoing interaction in order to clarify
all the client’s doubts and queries. This is done by instant
message programs or phone (with the client paying for the call).
In order to take full advantage of the session, the client sends
all relevant questions, problems and topics beforehand so that
the tutor can prepare for the session. |
