will need to submit an application containing personal information.

AcingCollege, and its respective employees or consultants,
in order to evaluate your qualifications and experience for
a freelance job opportunity with AcingCollege.
If your application is accepted, AcingCollege
will create a tutor profile about you containing the following
information: 1) First and last name; 2) Name of school(s)
where currently or previously enrolled; 3) Major(s) or area(s)
of study; 4) Current enrollment status; 4) Awards; 5) Experience
and/or work history; and 5) Any other information listed on
your resume relating to your skills and capabilities as a
tutor. This information will be posted at AcingCollege.com.
AcingCollege will not disclose your address,
phone number, email address, gender, or other personal information
of this nature to any third party.
Disclosure of Information.
We do not disclose any information to third
parties, except to the extent necessary to perform our services.
We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so,
in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law
